SHIPPING

At Bartme Design, each product is made to order with care.

Once your payment is confirmed, orders go into production, which typically takes 1–3 business days. After that, shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production.

We ship via USPS and DHL, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order enters the pre-shipping stage—so you’ll know right away when it’s expected to arrive.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors like holidays, weather conditions, or shipping carrier delays.
  • Items in the same order may be shipped separately, depending on the product type and fulfillment location.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international), please CONTACT US so we can look into it for you.

Returns

Because all Bartme Design products are CUSTOM MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or design chosen during checkout
  • Address errors made by the customer

Refunds & Replacements

Bartme Design stands behind the quality of every item we create. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

▲ To request a refund or replacement
  • Contact us within 10 days of receiving your item
  • Include clear photos showing the issue (e.g., defect, damage, wrong item)
  • The product must be unused and in original condition

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and do not qualify as defects.
